Rental Nepal is a Complete Real Estate Solution for Nepal
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the services provided by RentalNepal, a real estate service platform.
All properties listed on the RentalNepal website are published only after obtaining prior consent and authorization from the respective property owner. The property owner confirms that they have full legal rights to rent out the listed property.
RentalNepal provides its services free of charge to genuine tenants for initial property visits and rental facilitation.
However, if a tenant requests to visit multiple properties beyond the initial arrangement, RentalNepal reserves the right to charge a reasonable fuel or transportation fee, which shall be communicated to the tenant in advance.
Upon the successful rental of a property through RentalNepal, the property owner agrees to pay a commission equivalent to one (1) month’s rent to RentalNepal.
The commission becomes payable immediately upon finalization of the rental agreement between the owner and the tenant.
The property owner is solely responsible for ensuring that all property details, rental terms, pricing, and related information provided to RentalNepal are true, accurate, and up to date. RentalNepal shall not be held liable for any misinformation provided by the owner.
RentalNepal acts solely as a facilitator between property owners and tenants and shall not be a party to any rental agreement. Any disputes arising between owners and tenants shall be resolved independently by the concerned parties.
RentalNepal reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
